PE Film Functional Masterbatch
以聚乙烯为主要热塑性材料制薄膜，主要有挤出上吹、挤出下吹以及挤出流延三大类类。聚乙烯虽然都是由乙烯单体聚合而成的合成树脂，但是因为聚合工艺不同，聚乙烯的分子链不同，不同的分子链形成了不同的聚合物组成及形态，材料性能也差异显著。无论表层还是芯层，往往会混合使用各种分子链结构的聚乙烯，以取得协调好的薄膜性能。功能改性母料亦然。

一般包装用IPE和CPE都会在表层、在芯层，加入（在成膜后表现特定性能的）功能改性母料，以及部分在加工条件条件取到改善作用的功能改性母料。
根据您做的薄膜种类，也就是薄膜制取工艺、薄膜需要的性能及其应用场景，我们可以与您一起制定制膜配方和工艺条件，选定相关功能母料。
